Yes, Dom Fiore is happy to ship your order internationally via Canada Post.

Duties, custom import fees & all shipping on orders will be calculated on checkout.

When placing an order with Dom Fiore, you are responsible for shipping charges, this also applies to any shipments that are refused by you at delivery.

You can quickly and easily track the progress of your shipped order via Canada Post

Find the Canada Post tracking number in your shipping confirmation email.

Click on the tracking number link to view your item's tracking page on the Canada post website. If clicking on the number doesn't work automatically, visit www.canadapost.com and enter your number to track your order shipment.

We process orders for shipping Monday - Friday, excluding weekends and holidays. All orders received on weekdays after 12pm EST, on weekends or holidays will begin processing the following business day. All orders placed Monday - Friday before 12pm EST will begin processing the same business day.

Please allow 10-15 business days processing pending merchandise availability and credit card authorization.

Please note that we cannot ship to P.O. boxes or APO addresses.

We are not liable for parcels that are lost in transit when being shipped and/or returned. Customers are held responsible to contact their parcel carrier for any inquiries regarding shipments. We will, however, do our utmost best to accommodate our customers. Your patience is greatly appreciated.

If for whatever reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase, or wish to exchange, please write to our customer service department at customerservice@domfiore.com.

Garments must be returned within 30 days after the receipt of shipment for a store credit (minus original shipping charges).

The items eligible to be returned must be in their original packaging with intact tags. Products must also have NOT been worn, altered, damaged, or washed.

No returns, exchanges, or refunds are applicable on sale merchandise.

Please note you are responsible for original shipping charges, all applicable custom import fees as well as the cost of return shipping to Domenico Fiore.

All refunds will be processed within 30 days of receipt.

Yes! We are open again for orders, and you may shop as you would normally.

Although we’re back up and running, your order or return may take slightly longer to process due to unforseen delays.

As the world is responding to Covid-19, we as a brand have taken the precautionary measures to ensure the health and safety of our team and our customers.  We are following the advice of health officials to ensure the proper measures are put in place to protect our community.  Any returns and exchanges will be handled with proper care and sanitization.
